Okay, my first paragraph is a follows.
Leading a group of followers often associated with achieving a mission, objective or purpose. In doing so, a leader will state a target and lead the team to work to achieve the target. Some leaders give an order to their followers and leave it to the team to plan, manage and working towards achieving the target. There is also a leader who always make it clear to his or her team about what to achieve, what to do, how to do and give the team a freedom in their mission to achieve the target.
